I’m still on my water game. As expected, the weekend was a struggle, but I got it done. I do so much better Mon-Fri! I will say, however, this has helped me to reach some other goals. I’m more focused with eating and insuring I’m getting activity. I’m even down a few pounds, that’s a plus! Another 7 days of 2 liters of water starts today.
